We offer a wide range of minimal jewellery including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and curated sets. All our pieces are anti-tarnish, water resistant and hypo-allergenic. 

3. Are your jewellery pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, most of our pieces are skin-safe and hypoallergenic. 

4. What does the packaging include?
Every Minimae Jewels order comes with:

  • Your selected jewellery pieces
  • A cute little box
  • A thank you note
  • On special requests personalization cards can also be made with extra charges.

1. How do I take care of my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking new:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals
  • Store in a dry place in the original box/pouch
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear.

Shipping & Delivery:

1. What are the shipping charges?

  • Standard shipping: ₹49 across India (under 500)
  • Free shipping (On orders above 500)

2. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available.

3. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 working days depending on your location. You will receive tracking updates via email.

4. What if my order is delayed?
We strive to deliver all orders on time. However, rare delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Your patience and support is appreciated in such cases.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange:

1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We currently do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item received is damaged. Kindly write to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel for any such concerns(unboxing video is necessary).

2. What if I receive a damaged item?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please share a clear unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will analyze the situation and provide the best possible resolution.

Cancellations:

1. Can I cancel my order?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we dispatch them quickly. Kindly make sure of your purchase before checking out.
